A year of relationship problems. What to do?
We have been dating for 3.5 years, we are both 18 and freshman in college. Things havent been going so well for us, but we want them to work, we just dont know what is incorrect. We fight about stupid things, we are pretty dull, it just seems like we dont have anything in common anymore. Tonight she said she wanted to be with me since it was simpler then being apart from me. I really dont know what i should do , or if there is anything that we can do to fix our tribulations.

Well,, Sounds like you 2 are having the problem that ancient married couples have. With the minor exclusion that you are not ancient, and you are not married!
To solve this problem you first need to consider this: What is your goal?
Is your goal to stay with this girl for the rest of your life? (marriage)
or is that not a high priority goal.
If the answer to the question is no, it is not a high priority to stay with her for life (as I believe it is), than I would suggest you 2 to take a break from each other. Let the “convenience” factor wear out and see if you guys still want to be with each other.
